At Terma Aerostructures A/S, Grenaa, we are expanding our Composite department, and therefore we are continuously looking for new Operators to join our team. Our Composite department currently employs approx. 60 employees.

Our systems provide security for people on land, at sea and in the air. Therefore, we are looking for Operators for Composite to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology. Terma Aerostructures is facing an exciting future characterized by growth, which means that in the coming years we welcome many new employees to the team.
Terma Aerostructures in Grenaa provides design and manufacture of world-class advanced aircraft structures for both the civil and global aerospace and defense markets.
As a one-stop supplier, we produce both composite and metal parts and assemble them into complex structures that are ready for assembly. Our production includes a wide range of components for F-35 and Gulfstream, among others, as well as pods and pylons for various aircraft.
Your role in our team
At Terma, we have more than 50 years of experience of advanced composite and metallic aerostructures. Our Composite department runs around the clock, and we are currently looking for employees for a permanent night shift.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:45 pm to 6:15 am.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:
Lay-up in our composite center (Manually)
Manual handling of tools
Release/preparation of molds
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:
· Epoxy course is a requirement
· Experience from similar work or position
